She graduated from Bachelor of Science Major in Math at the University of Santo Tomas.
She originally wanted to become a Medical Doctor however because their family did not have enough resources to pay for her tuition fee. She settled in becoming a Mathematician. At an early age of 20 she realized, she was not only good in business but excellent at it. After working for renowned companies like Pfizer and Doctors Pharmaceutical in their supply chain, she decided to start her own business in Trading.
Her journey started from a small trading company and now her business spans in the ASEAN Region including India covering businesses from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Excipients, Natural Products, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Marketing, Healthcare and other allied businesses like Printing and Hotel and Restaurant.

A first generation entrepreneur, who started his career as Chemist. Mr. Sulaiman is one of the early movers to bring in the concept of contract manufacturing. He is very instrumental in many of the first to launch products in India and differentiated the company as pioneers in rational fixed dose combinations. He continues actively heading the organization in its multi-pronged growth approach and guides the team in the ethical conduct of the business and zero compromise to the product quality.

Holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, MBA in Healthcare Management, and CFA level 3 candidate. Prior to joining Madras Pharma, he has worked at Harvard University, Siemens, and GE in the Commercial and R&D functions. He has 11 patents and many published journal articles in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Dr. Vijay heads the International business of the group and is instrumental in achieving a CAGR of 30% in the exports business. He also spearheads the group strategy towards future growth into the regulated markets.

Started his career as a IT professional with a Masters in Computer Science, Masters in Business Administration from University of Texas at Austin, Vijay has held various jobs at Dell Computers and Apple Inc, USA. After moving to India in the later part of 2016, Vijay has been handling various responsibilities in the group. Currently he spearheads the business development and operations at Steril-Gene.
